Pan mee is typically a home-made dough. But you don't mind, you can opt for any noodles eg, Taiwan noodles which is more white in color - not the yellow noodles.mysimplefoodhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07914139099166180780noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8698968517380468999.post-86611128541235995592012-01-10T21:40:13.999-08:002012-01-10T21:40:13.999-08:00hie.. im not sure if you're gonna see this, bu...hie.. im not sure if you're gonna see this, but im still gonna give it a shot. im in the states currently and im gonna attempt the chili pan mee using your recipe! i was wondering if there is a kind of noodles that i could buy here instead of making my own? any ideas?Logeshhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15249109472021978744noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8698968517380468999.post-6860140893497435792011-08-13T23:38:27.260-07:002011-08-13T23:38:27.260-07:00your loh mai kai looks wonderful but your style of...your loh mai kai looks wonderful but your style of recipe writing is very confusing!!! there is no mention of garlic or 5 spice powder in the ingredients list but they both suddenly appear in the method section!! *arggh* i wanted to try making this but changed my mind as the recipe writing is not clear enough.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8698968517380468999.post-34915855516134021032011-08-03T13:11:58.147-07:002011-08-03T13:11:58.147-07:00Nope, I didnt boil it. Marinate minced pork with soy sauce and oyster sauce, salt and pepper, then wrap them in wan tan skins. Cook them in boiling water/chicken soup for about 5 mins or till done. =)LoveLikeHellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13516031406896842693noreply@blogger.com
